                    Glenmoor Gathering Announces Designation of Charities for 2009

The Glenmoor Gathering of Significant Automobiles is pleased to announce that two prominent area hospitals have been designated the “charities of choice” for 2009.

Sharing in the proceeds from the annual event will be Mercy Medical Center of Canton, which has designated its Emergency Department Expansion and Renovation, and University Hospital Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital.

“Proceeds from the 2009 Gathering will help raise both money and awareness to fund patient care programs, research and education, community outreach and cutting edge technology to enhance the missions of these hospitals,” said David Schultz, Glenmoor Gathering executive director.

Silent and live auctions of many unique items—both automotive and non-automotive—will be among the highlights of the weekend’s activities and will fully benefit the designated charities.
